Delivery Information
Dream Decking has two delivery options available to suit whatever requirements you have: our express delivery service where you can choose your required delivery date; or our economy delivery service delivers within a 5-10 working day timeframe.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, which you should use as reference in any correspondence. Please ensure when placing your order that you provide a mobile number and email address.
Delivery times for orders are between 8am - 6pm. We'll provide you with a more accurate timeslot on the morning of your allocated delivery day. Our driver will call ahead of delivery to ensure that someone is at the property to receive the goods.

Highlands and remote locations are subject to an additional delivery surcharge - this is calculated at checkout.
We provide a kerbside delivery service only. It is important that someone is at the property at the time of delivery in order to accept the goods. Depending on the size of the order, the driver may also need some assistance.
The delivery service does not cover the driver carrying materials to the rear of the property. Composite decking boards are bulky and heavy items, we advise anyone assisting in the unloading to follow safe manual handling techniques and wear suitable clothing and a pair of work gloves. If the vehicle is invited on to the customer’s property it is entirely at the customer’s risk. Dream Decking its delivery specialists will not be liable for any damage to the property.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, using our in-house delivery network and our national courier partners. Our deliveries are to a ground floor location (access permitting) and are provided by a one-man curbside service. Please note, drivers may need assistance with unloading larger items.

What time will my delivery arrive?
If your delivery is planned on our in-house routes, we will typically deliver between 7am and 7pm. Once we've finished our routeplanning, we will send you an email and SMS confirming a three hour delivery timeslot.

How do I track my delivery?
We've recently launched our new tracking page that shows up-to-date tracking information for your order as it progresses from you placing your order, all the way through to delivery.

How do I change my delivery information or delivery date?
If you head on over to our tracking page, you can choose a new delivery date or arrange other special delivery instructions - such as leaving your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Do you deliver outside of mainland UK and Northern Ireland?
We don't deliver outside of the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, so places like the Channel Islands are beyond the reach of our own delivery network. But good news! We can deliver to the UK depot of your chosen international shipping partner, who will take care of the rest for you. For more info, get in touch with us!
