Book a return with us - we'll collect and then take the collection charge from your refund amount! Please note the collection charge may vary.

For collections of accessories only, this charge is £29.95.

If returning pack products, the charge is £49.95 + 10% of your returned packed items value. If returning made to measure products (such as carpet, vinyl, artificial grass), the charge is £49.95 + a 50% Made to Measure fee

If the item is incorrect or damaged, please describe the issue here. If a refund or replacement is needed, please select this in the above box.

For packed items, we recommend that you keep a couple of packs in case of accidents in the future. This is because flooring comes in batches, similar to wallpaper, and the shades in the flooring can vary from batch to batch - so should any replacements be needed in the future, it may be an issue to source matching boards. Please confirm you have at least one pack kept for spares.
