Supporting Communities
As well as supporting environmental organisations we are passionate about improving homes and lives. We are proud supporters and help fund various organisations such as Shelter, The Princes Trust and the Woodland Warrior Programme. We also support a huge number of local community projects and charities that make a difference across the UK.
Here are just a few of the fundraising figures that we’re proud of and are looking to add to:
- As part of our commitment to mental health charity Woodland Warrior Programme we’ve so far managed to raise £20,000
- In June 2020 we donated 600 rugs with a retail value of £26k to Shelter for sale in their stores
- As a company we walked 3.5 million steps in just 28 days to raise money for the Princes’ Trust
- This year we’ve donated over 1,500 square meters of flooring to local charities and good causes
- We’ve raised £20,000 for wildlife charities Care for Wild and Umoya Khulula Wildlife Centre
Some of our Community Projects
We've raised £20,000 for the Woodland Warrior Programme - a charity that provides therapeutic activities for armed forces personnel, veterans and members of the emergency services.
We donated around £26,000 worth of rugs to Shelter for sale in their stores, to raise money for people suffering from bad housing or homelessness.
We worked with the Prince's Trust to raise money for helping Britain's 11 to 30 year olds in need.
We've donated flooring to Sash to help support the refit of a local house.
